Trevor & I have been having an amazing time so far... we're currently still in India and have been taking in all the sights, sounds, colours and spicy aromas. It has been a wonderful adventure/honeymoon complete with everything from motorcycles to monkeys!

Dear lovely couples, friends, photogs & blog-wonderers, we have some big news...
Trevor & I are heading out on a travel adventure beginning in January, and as a result, we will not be accepting any 2011 wedding bookings.
***UPDATE*** We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting a limited number of bookings for 2012! We will also be available for dates in October - December of 2011, for more information, please click here or contact us for availability.
It is official... Ambient Studios will be on hiatus for the 2011 season while we take some time off for our Honeymoon & to work on some personal projects abroad. We'll be traveling throughout India, Egypt, Eastern & Western Europe over approximately 12 months beginning in January. We're both ecstatic to be heading out on this adventure, and will be posting photos as we go on our new travel blog: http://stepstepmeander.tumblr.com/ if you are interested in checking out what we are up to!
We'd like to thank all of our fantastic clients from this passed season and prior years - we've really enjoyed working with everyone, getting to know so many awesome couples, and having the opportunity to be a part of such amazing Weddings!

While we won't be in the Toronto Area in the coming year- if you find yourself planning a destination wedding abroad and would like to inquire about having us at your day in 2011, please feel free to drop us a line. If it's possible, we'll try to work something out and join you at your destination! Our itinerary remains flexible, so you just never know where we'll be at any given time! Please be patient with us though, as it may take longer then normal to respond to your email if it is send after January 11th, 2011 since our access to the internet will be periodic.

Pam & Kelly are an adorable pair - they make each other laugh and simply seem to be the perfect complements to each other. With a sunny October day to greet them, and surrounded by family & friends these two planned their wedding in only half a year, and it came together wonderfully!

I met Kerri back in University when we were both in the Photography Program at Ryerson - the days of darkrooms, critiques, late-night poker games and tech classes - ah the memories! This year we discovered that we actually live quite close to one and other, and I've had a chance to get to know her now husband and adorable dog, Alpine. When I heard that these two were engaged, I was thrilled for them - and, of course, had to take them out for a session!

It seems like we've known Angela for years... shes cute, bubbly and a completely genuine person. We met Angela early on in her planning process at the National Bridal show, and were introduced to Jeff a little later in the game. We knew that this pair was the perfect fit for us, and they were such a pleasure to work with at their downtown ceremony in October.
