These two are the most adorable match- witty, hilarious and full of love they are simply a fantastic couple!
This wedding packed with tradition, laughter, and best of all a whole lot of dancing! Trevor started out with Chris & the guys for some fantastic Greek traditions and live music- what a great way to kick off the celebrations. Myra was a little worried about the daunting clouds which were lining the sky but it turned out to be a beautiful day in the end.
Catarina & Marco are such a sweet couple - I mean it, you spend a few minutes with them and know that they are not only perfect for each other, but lovely people. Quiet and soft spoken, this duo was a ton of fun to shoot with at The Distillery District here in Toronto.
The light was stunning and we had a warm autumn weather to work with when we met up in the afternoon, here are a few of the highlights:
Now this couple had a lot on their plate! Bev is currently in the midst of her residency in Ottawa, meaning there was little time to work on the details of the big day, especially one that was being planned long distance. Lucky for these two their sister-in-law happens to be a wedding planner! Even though she is based in California, Carlene of Picture Perfect Events was on her game for this one- planning, creating great details and organizing the whole day for this couple from the sunny California.
It was a stunning day for September, with bright sunlight and not a cloud in the sky! We took full advantage of the day and the area as we wondered the grounds at Angus Glen for a few pre-ceremony photos. Bev & Vince were relaxed and laid back the entire day, going with the flow and happy to be celebrating their marriage with friends & family.
This pair met at a motorcycle licensing course when Josh was Kristina's instructor. These two were a ton of fun to shoot...and obviously we had to take advantage of their story for the photos. {click the image below to see more images and of course, some biker-action shots!}
The fall colours complimented The Badlands perfectly:
Esther & Seth are a one of a kind couple! They have so much spirit, life and creativity that it's virtually impossibly not to smile when you are around them. Their day was such a perfect representation of them - it had everything form horns to drums to live performances from the bride & groom themselves!
When we met with Jenn & David we knew instantly that they would be a great fit - they were relaxed, completely cool and had a great understated sense of style. The pair came back up from New York City, accompanied by many friends, to celebrate their marriage along side their families at the home Jenn grew up in. It was a fantastic celebration, full of genuine love and a great sense of community.

Well it certainly is busy time of year! Between editing and the wedding show, more editing, shooting weddings and blogging Trev & I are doing our best to remember to sleep! :) I'm working on getting our recent work updated, there are LOTS of weddings coming your way. Next in line is Linsey & Bobby's wedding from last month, so here goes!
Linsey's bouquet was awesome- and I had a chance to work my new 85mm f1.4 lens...check out the wicked depth of field, it's my new favourite toy:

I met up with Myra & Chris at the end of last month for their Engagement Session- they were looking for something urban and rustic, so we decided to change things up a bit and do a little exploring!
These two are so adorable together, a perfect match and a blast to hang out with! I can't wait to work with you again at your wedding later this month- here are a few of my favourites from our session downtown:
Well, we packed up the car and headed off bright and early to meet Jenny & Martin up in Muskoka for a wedding that was the perfect mix of tradition and casual elegance. I simply love the idea of truely enjoying your day and these two seemed to have it figured out.
